Indirect Evaporative Cooling
Unique Technology Worldwide

Climate Wizard M-Cycle – Indirect Evaporative Cooling Technology
The Climate Wizard M-Cycle technology uses a hyper-efficient heat exchanger to deliver 100% fresh, cool outdoor air without adding moisture.
This unique thermodynamic cycle—discovered and patented by Prof. Dr. Valeriy Maisotsenko, and named after him as the „M-Cycle“—fundamentally transforms everything known and developed in the field of adiabatic cooling over the past decade.
The cool, fresh air produced by M-Cycle indirect evaporative exchangers closely matches that of conventional air conditioning systems, reaching temperatures near the dew point, while consuming up to 80% less energy.
2015 With the acquisition of Coolerado, Seeley International has strengthened its position as the global leader in adiabatic cooling technology. Their commitment to research and innovation has led to the development and launch of an indirect evaporative cooling unit that introduces a revolutionary concept in climate control: Hyper-Efficiency.
Unlike traditional cooling systems that require increasing energy as outdoor temperatures rise, the M-Cycle heat exchangers maintain the same energy use while consistently delivering 100% fresh, cool air to indoor spaces—regardless of external heat levels.
The patented Climate Wizard heat exchanger is the first of its kind in the world, representing a breakthrough in cooling technology. It delivers unmatched cooling performance at a fraction of the cost of traditional air conditioners. This proven technology is now successfully implemented worldwide.
In practical terms, M-Cycle-based indirect adiabatic cooling has demonstrated its ability to achieve temperatures comparable to freon-based air conditioning systems—making it a cooling technology of the future. It’s a green solution with a minimal environmental footprint and exceptional energy efficiency.
M-Cycle Indirect Evaporative Cooling Technology is a true game-changer.

How Climate Wizard’s M-Cycle Indirect Evaporative Cooling Works
Climate Wizard units with M-Cycle indirect evaporative cooling use a hyper-efficient patented heat exchanger to deliver 100% fresh, cool outdoor air — without adding moisture.
At the core of the system is an air-to-air heat exchanger made up of alternating dry and wet channels.
Here’s how it works:
-
Hot outside air enters the exchanger, and a fan drives fresh air through the dry channels.
-
As the air exits, part of it is delivered into the building as cooled supply air, while the remaining air loops back through the wet channels of the exchanger.
-
In the wet channels, water evaporates and cools the surfaces of the exchanger, lowering the temperature of the surrounding structure.
-
The fresh air flowing through the adjacent dry channels is indirectly cooled by these cold surfaces, without picking up moisture.
-
The result: cooled, filtered, and 100% fresh air is supplied into the indoor space, while the warm, moist air from the wet channels is exhausted outside.
This process allows Climate Wizard systems to produce supply air temperatures that approach dew point levels — comparable to traditional air conditioning — but with dramatically lower energy consumption and no added humidity.

A Revolutionary Thermodynamic Cycle
The thermodynamic cycle behind Climate Wizard’s M-Cycle technology is so unique and innovative that it may seem to defy the laws of physics, achieving unmatched levels of energy efficiency.
Seeley International, through its patented Micro-Core® heat exchanger, has revolutionized cooling technology with a brilliant design. This system consists of multiple wet and dry channels, where two separate air streams exchange heat without transferring mass (i.e., without transferring moisture). This breakthrough concept is rightly called the Multi-Cycle, or simply the M-Cycle.
In Summary:
Superior Energy Efficiency
Indirect adiabatic cooling units consume up to 80% less energy than freon-based systems. They offer operating costs comparable to standard ventilation while delivering much higher energy efficiency than traditional air conditioners.
The system can reach an EER (Energy Efficiency Ratio) of up to 24, meaning it provides 24 units of cooling for every unit of electricity consumed. In comparison:
-
Heat pumps typically achieve an EER of up to 5
-
Industrial cooling systems average around 2.5
Cleaner, Healthier Air
Delivers 100% fresh air into the space, continuously evacuating toxic gases, dust, and pollutants — creating a healthier and safer indoor environment.
Uses a 100% Natural Refrigerant
The system uses R718 (water) as the refrigerant — with zero global warming potential (GWP) and no chemical additives.
Efficiency Increases with Higher Outdoor Temperatures
Unlike compressor-based systems that lose efficiency as external temperatures rise, M-Cycle systems become even more efficient in hot conditions.
